Explore our internship opportunities with the reward of exposure into the world of prosecution. The selected candidate(s) will assist prosecuting attorneys with legal research and administrative functions and have an opportunity to meet with the City of Portsmouth Commonwealth’s Attorney.
future leaders initiative
Commonwealth’s Attorney Morales has mentored over 150 students under her program called the “Future Leaders Initiative” which was established in March of 2015. Under this program young people from elementary school all the way through law school are afforded the opportunity to shadow, intern or fellow in the office.
ctrl + alt + del program
The Ctrl + Alt + Del Program implemented under this initiative is a monthly seminar involving the discussion of Recidivism and Restoration of Rights. Our Ctrl+Alt+Del Program is designed for citizens who have once gone down a difficult path but would like to take efforts to become productive members of society.
